Gift Certificates

Gift certificates can be used to—

• Prepay for appointments for yourself or another
• Give loved ones the gift of couples counseling
• Give a loved one the gift of counseling for depression, anxiety, grief or any other issue we treat
• Give a loved one or employee prepaid men's anger management groups sessions

Terms and Conditions

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, check or credit. If a gift certificate is used to guarantee an appointment and then (1) the client attends the appointment, (2) the appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance, (3) the client does not show up for the appointment, or (4) the client shows up late for the appointment, then the gift certificate is considered to have been used and cannot be used for future appointments. Psychiatric Services

Use the following button to purchase psychiatric services with the psychiatric nurse practitioner, Lynnette Hjalmervik. All psychiatric services must start with a 1-hour initial psychiatric evaluation by Lynnette. Follow-up visits can only occur after an initial psychiatric evaluation by Lynnette. Lynnette will inform you after your first visit whether follow-up visits must be 15 minutes or 30 minutes.
