Effective workplace anger management skills can be learned
in individual counseling or in a group setting. Deer Valley Counseling offers ongoing anger management groups and individual anger management training to people who live in Phoenix, Glendale, Mesa, Scottsdale or another city in Arizona. We also offer customized training courses for companies wanting to send multiple employees at the same time.
Cost is $25 per group session per individual. Each session lasts one and a half hours. The Anger Management Program takes about 12 to 14 weeks to complete in a group setting and about half that in an individual setting. The group can be used in the short term to learn anger management techniques and in the long term as a support group on an as-needed basis.
